1. How do I get referral / registration vouchers?
- New users:
- Complete registration with a referral code and bind GitHub to receive a $2 voucher
- After completing a survey, receive an additional $1 voucher
- Existing users:
- When a new user registers via your referral link or enters your referral code and binds GitHub, you receive a $1 voucher
- The first 5 top-ups by the referred user will also generate vouchers for the referrer at a certain percentage (subject to campaign rules)
2. The $2 voucher after binding GitHub hasn’t arrived?
Please confirm:- GitHub binding is complete
- A referral code was entered during registration (if not entered during registration, it may not be available; contact support for manual issuance)
- Refresh the page or log in again to check
3. How do I use vouchers?
Vouchers are used to offset billing charges incurred from usage-based model API calls. They are automatically applied during the validity period.4. Why does my voucher balance show 0 when I haven’t used it all?
There may be a system delay or display bug. Please provide your UUID and contact support for verification. There have been historical cases where display anomalies were caused by bugs, and the actual balance may still be intact.5. Are there discount policies for individual developers?
