# Chat Completions

> Public OpenRouter-style runtime surface.

Defined in `openapi/public.openapi.yaml`.

Public V0 includes this platform-owned operation:

* `POST /api/v1/chat/completions`

Responses, embeddings, and rerank are not public V0 APIs.

Implementation owner: platform.

Product responsibilities:

* Publish customer docs and examples.
* Define compatibility wording.
* Connect usage, costs, credits, activity, generation metadata, and billing projection to customer workflows.
